3…2…1…Sleep Out!

October 31, 2012

Hey Sleepers – it’s almost time!  Today, your thoughts may be centered on tricks & treats, but come Saturday, it’s all about the homeless.

IMAGINE the difference you can make in the life of a homeless family.  It’s not too late!  If you’ve already registered, kick your Sleep Out Saturday fundraising into high gear for the final few days.  Email, text and Facebook your friends to support the mission of Bridge Communities to help homeless families cross the bridge to better futures.

If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time!  Go to www.sleepoutsaturday.org, register yourself, your family, or your group, and spread the word!

Tell everyone you know that you’re sleeping out for homeless families in DuPage County this Saturday, November 3rd.  Ask for their help in providing homes + hope to homeless families.

Just one person can make a big difference.  IMAGINE the difference over 1,500 can make!  You can do it!

Make sure to join us at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 3rd to kick off Sleep Out Saturday at the Rally at 505 Crescent Blvd. in downtown Glen Ellyn.  We’ll have music from Sounds Abound Entertainment, fun from the WTMX Road Crew, a special enchantment from The School for Performing Arts, and incredible stories of life change from Bridge families who’ll speak to you live from stage.  All this is hosted by our guest emcee, Stefan Holt of NBC5 Chicago.
