Run Like A Mother
Got plans for Mother’s Day? Why not Run Like A Mother?
What???
Run Like A Mother is a fun-filled, mom-centric, women’s only 5k race that benefits Bridge Communities. Run Like A Mother takes place Sunday, May 13th (yes, Mother’s Day!) in beautiful downtown Hinsdale. Run Like A Mother has chosen Bridge as the sole beneficiary of its Chicagoland race. We’re thrilled!
Register for Run Like A Mother online today – spaces are going fast! A portion of the $40 race entry fee is donated to Bridge Communities to help homeless families in DuPage County cross the bridge to self-sufficiency. If you can’t race, you can still donate online to support Bridge Communities’ Transitional Housing Program.
Kids are welcome to join in the fun, too! Run Like A Mother hosts a special kids’ one mile fun run at 8 a.m., a half hour before the big race begins. Kids race for only $15.
If you haven’t already made plans for Mother’s Day, Run Like A Mother’s a great way to start the day. Be fit, have fun, and support the wonderful cause of women helping women move toward brighter tomorrows.
